About the Role: Delivery Driver (Class 5)

Responsibilities
Day-to-day, a UPS Package Delivery Driver is responsible for ensuring every parcel reaches its destination safely and on time. The work spans multiple residential routes and requires sharp organizational skills, a customer-first attitude, and the physical ability to handle a high volume of packages throughout the shift.
- Deliver packages to residential addresses across Sherbrooke and surrounding areas in a timely and professional manner
- Navigate routes using map books, covering new and familiar residential areas as needed
- Handle packages responsibly, including lifting up to 70 lbs. unassisted and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Maintain professionalism by adhering to UPS appearance guidelines during all customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch in both French and English
- Comply with traffic laws and UPS safety standards at all times while operating the delivery vehicle
Requirements / Skills
