Responsibilities
Working within Tesla’s Collision Repair Program, you’ll be responsible for keeping the day-to-day operations of the Authorized Collision Centre running efficiently. From coordinating vehicle arrivals to managing final delivery, every task you handle directly impacts the customer experience and the centre’s overall performance.
- Manage work scheduling and ongoing schedule maintenance to keep the collision centre operating efficiently
- Prepare for vehicle arrivals by ensuring all logistics and documentation are in order before a car comes in
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, setting clear expectations and providing timely updates on vehicle status
- Coordinate rental vehicles and manage smooth handoffs so customers are never left without transportation
- Reorder materials and supplies proactively to prevent operational delays
- Review completed repairs and oversee vehicle delivery back to customers
- Train colleagues on processes and procedures as required by the team
