Responsibilities

In this role, every day brings a mix of customer interactions, product education, and pipeline support. Your work directly influences how people feel about Tesla — from the moment they walk through the door to the moment they drive away. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a regular basis:

  • Greet and engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, making them feel welcomed and comfortable from the start

  • Inspire and educate guests by answering questions and delivering tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations

  • Support sales pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all current and prospective Tesla owners at every touchpoint

Requirements / Skills
