About the Role: Customer Experience Pick-up Coordinator (CXPC)

Responsibilities

The Customer Experience Pick-up Coordinator is at the centre of daily field operations, ensuring courier routes are staffed efficiently and customers receive timely service. Using your knowledge of the local dispatch area and FedEx systems, you’ll make real-time operational decisions that keep deliveries on track.

  • Monitor and coordinate pickup and delivery coverage across all assigned courier routes
  • Apply geographical knowledge of the dispatch service area to make efficient route assignments
  • Utilise FedEx systems including Cosmos, KIAC, and FAMIS to manage and track operations
  • Compile and interpret analytical data to support workload and resource allocation decisions
  • Act independently in making time-sensitive decisions to optimise on-road efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with couriers and internal teams using strong verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Complete DADS training and all required recurrency training to a minimum score of 90%
  • Work varying shifts based on business needs as required

Requirements / Skills

FedEx is looking for a candidate with hands-on experience within their own operations — this role requires 18 months of FedEx experience as a prerequisite.
