Job Responsibilities for the Courier/Handler Role

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for the Courier/Handler Position
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent educational background is required.
- Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with the use of proper equipment.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a customer-oriented business environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including holidays, based on business needs.
