About the Role: Courier

Responsibilities

As a FedEx Courier, your day revolves around safe, timely, and professional delivery and pick-up of packages on an assigned route. Every interaction with a customer is a chance to reinforce the FedEx brand, making service quality and attention to detail essential parts of the job.

  • Pick up and deliver packages on an assigned route in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Inspect all shipments to confirm conformance with Federal Express Canada features of service
  • Provide customer service support and handle related functions during deliveries
  • Comply with Canadian Customs regulations and FedEx operational standards
  • Complete mandatory training, recurrence training, and maintain annual accreditations as required
  • Operate in a PC Windows environment for relevant administrative tasks
  • Work varying shifts including holidays based on business needs

Requirements / Skills

  • High school diploma or educational equivalent

  • Bilingual (French and English) — required for the Quebec location
  • One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
  • Completion of mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training at minimum threshold
  • Knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Flexibility to work different schedules and holidays as needed
