Requirements / Skills

FedEx is looking for a dependable, physically capable candidate with a clean driving record and a genuine commitment to customer service excellence. Since this role is based in Quebec, bilingualism in French and English is required. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, physically active environments will do well here.

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record (no more than two violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
• Physical capability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment
• 1 year of customer-oriented business experience preferred
• Bilingual (French and English) — mandatory for Quebec-based positions
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a high-pressure environment
• Willingness to be flexible with varying schedules and holiday availability
• Ability to pass the mandatory pre-placement driver assessment
