Responsibilities

As a Collision Technician, your day-to-day work centres on restoring Tesla vehicles to factory standards following collision damage. Each task requires close attention to detail, proper use of specialized equipment, and strict adherence to Tesla-specific repair procedures.

  • Follow repair procedures and collaborate with the service team throughout each job
  • Perform structural repairs on Tesla Model S, Model X, Model Y, and Model 3 vehicles in line with Tesla guidelines
  • Use Celette Frame Jigs to accurately set new structural components
  • Glue, rivet, and weld structural components being replaced
  • Repair exterior cosmetic panels via metal finishing and body filler techniques
  • Replace collision-related parts including body panels, suspension components, vehicle structure, radiators, airbags, and trim
  • Perform Mig Welding proficiently as part of structural repair work

Requirements / Skills

Tesla is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Collision Repair Technician who brings both technical certification and a team-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with the latest EV technology and has a track record of quality workmanship in a professional shop environment.

  • 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Repair Technician
  • 310B Licence (required for this role in Ontario)

  • Valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s licence (Canada)
