About the Role: Collision Manager

As Collision Center Manager, you’ll serve as the process leader for the entire site. That means defining and improving work standards, managing the flow of repairs through the facility, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with technicians, coordinate with the Regional Manager, and partner with key stakeholders to scale shop production in line with company goals.

Beyond production, this role carries significant responsibility for team development and safety. This is a full-time position with an expected annual salary of $114,400 to $171,600 CAD, plus cash and stock awards. Requirements / Skills

The ideal person is equally comfortable on the shop floor as they are in a leadership capacity — someone who can make decisions quickly, develop their team, and maintain quality under pressure.

  • 5+ years of experience leading a collision centre, refurbishment centre, service centre, or similar facility
  • 5–10+ years of collision technical experience or demonstrated aptitude in a related field
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and be accountable for both quality and productivity
  • Root-cause problem solving skills with the ability to develop quick and effective countermeasures
  • Customer interaction skills — able to engage with clients professionally when required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with reading and understanding repair estimates
  • Valid driver’s licence preferred
