About the Role: Bakery Associate

As a Bakery Associate at Walmart Canada, your day-to-day will centre on maintaining the quality and visual presentation of bakery merchandise — including bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and rolls. You’ll ensure the department is fully stocked, properly signed, and priced accurately at all times. Preparing products by following proper thawing and baking guidelines will be a key part of your routine.

Beyond product presentation, you’ll be expected to follow food safety and handling procedures, including cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, product rotation, and monitoring sell-by and expiration dates. Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $19.05 per hour.
