Benefits and Salary

Responsibilities

• Bake mixed dough and batters according to established recipes and brand standards

• Operate baking machinery safely and efficiently throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized baking station in line with food safety practices

Requirements / Skills

Tim Hortons is looking for a candidate who brings hands-on baking experience and the ability to stay composed in a busy kitchen environment. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your time well, and producing consistent results under pressure.

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
• Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant baking experience
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
• Availability for day and weekend shifts as part of a regular schedule
• Attention to detail when it comes to product quality and presentation
• Reliability and punctuality to keep the kitchen running on schedule
