About the Role: Licensed Audiologist

Responsibilities

The day-to-day work of this role centres on delivering professional audiological care to Costco members. From conducting hearing assessments to fitting and verifying hearing instruments, you’ll be responsible for the complete clinical journey — all while upholding the highest standards of member service and clinical accuracy.

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments including history taking, air and bone conduction thresholds, and speech testing for the purpose of hearing aid dispensing
  • Perform all hearing aid dispensing procedures including evaluations, recommendations, fittings, verification, and validation of hearing instrument performance
  • Carry out impression taking, shell repair, and modification as required
  • Adhere to all infection control, privacy, and confidentiality standards in every clinical interaction
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records and documentation
  • Stay informed on all products and services offered through the hearing centre
  • Collaborate with support personnel to ensure appropriate allocation of work tasks
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse when necessary

Requirements / Skills
