Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Leader, you’ll support management across a wide range of daily store functions. From keeping shelves stocked to performing cash management and opening and closing duties, this role keeps you actively involved in every aspect of store operations.
- Assist management in overseeing store operations and staff on a daily basis
- Handle daily shipments including boxing and unboxing incoming product
- Stock shelves with daily products in compliance with presentation standards
- Deliver customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Conduct manager-on-duty tasks, including tracking breaks and entering attendance
- Perform cash management along with store opening and closing duties as required
- Support employee training by participating in the onboarding process for new team members
