Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll wear several hats — supporting management, serving customers, and helping keep the store running efficiently from open to close. Here’s a look at what your day-to-day responsibilities will involve as an Assistant Team Leader at Dollarama.

  • Support store management by assisting with daily store operations and staff coordination
  • Process daily shipments through boxing and unboxing incoming product deliveries
  • Stock shelves with daily products in compliance with Dollarama’s presentation standards
  • Deliver customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues professionally
  • Maintain store standards by contributing to safety and cleanliness compliance
  • Perform manager-on-duty tasks including tracking daily breaks and entering attendance records
