Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be actively involved in both the operational and people side of running a Dollarama store. Every shift brings a mix of tasks that keep the store organized, the team supported, and the customers satisfied. Here’s what you can expect to be doing on a regular basis:
- Supporting store management by assisting the management team in overseeing daily store operations and staff coordination
- Handling daily shipments by boxing and unboxing incoming merchandise efficiently
- Stocking shelves with daily product deliveries in compliance with presentation standards
- Delivering customer service by addressing shopper inquiries and resolving any issues that arise
- Upholding safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store at all times
- Performing manager-on-duty tasks, including confirming daily breaks are taken and recording attendance
- Managing cash operations, including store opening and closing duties as required
- Participating in employee training to help onboard and develop team members
Requirements / Skills
