Benefits and Salary
The base salary range for this Area Manager II position in New Westminster, BC is $75,000 to $105,000 CAD annually. As part of Amazon’s total compensation approach, the package may also include sign-on payments and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Requirements / Skills

- Experience managing large teams of 50 or more members (preferred)
- Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience is a strong asset (preferred)
- Background in relevant industries such as logistics, distribution, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, or hospitality (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
