Benefits and Salary

Apple offers a base pay range of $129,000 to $247,700 CAD for this role, with your actual pay determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Beyond base salary, Apple’s total compensation includes the opportunity to participate in employee stock programs — including discretionary restricted stock unit awards and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounts on Apple products, free services, and tuition reimbursement for career-related education. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments, as well as relocation support.

Responsibilities

This role spans technical consulting, partner enablement, and enterprise sales support. You’ll be at the forefront of Apple’s relationship with its largest customers, helping them navigate complex IT decisions and integrate Apple’s ecosystem into their environments. Each engagement is both a technical challenge and a business opportunity.

  • Build trusted advisor relationships with customer and partner organizations, deeply understanding their technical environments, business goals, and ambitions
  • Remove technical barriers and friction points by working collaboratively across Apple, channel partners, and enterprise customers to drive platform readiness
  • Deliver technical enablement strategies and execute readiness initiatives to integrate Apple into customer environments and partners’ product and service offerings
  • Assess and communicate the strength and efficiency of partner capabilities on a regular basis
  • Enable channel partners through every engagement — sharing Apple’s messaging, best practices, and technical knowledge to build joint sales capability
  • Provide pre-sales technical expertise on new business opportunities, qualifying prospects, overcoming objections, and progressing deals through to closure
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and seminars tailored to enterprise audiences

Requirements / Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales consultative role spanning IT infrastructure, networking, security, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and iOS/iPadOS
  • Strong pre-sales experience including qualifying, overcoming objections, and closing business in collaboration with channel partners
  • Expertise in presentations and demonstrations — building and delivering compelling technical content for enterprise audiences
  • Understanding of IT enterprise architecture, with a focus on end-user computing environments and solutions (preferred)
  • Experience deploying Apple technologies in enterprise environments, including device management and infrastructure integration (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
