About the Role: Specialist (Seasonal, Part-Time)
Day-to-day, you’ll engage directly with customers on the retail floor — asking thoughtful questions, presenting Apple products and services, and guiding people through their purchasing decisions. You’ll stay up to date on Apple’s full range of offerings, from hardware and software to purchase options and Product Zone sales processes, so you can always give informed, relevant advice.

Responsibilities
Working on the floor of an Apple Retail store means no two shifts are alike. You’ll be connecting with a diverse range of customers, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting your team — all while staying current on the latest Apple products and services.
- Deliver excellent service by seeking to understand customers’ needs and identifying opportunities for product ownership
- Present and educate customers on Apple products, services, and relevant purchase options

- Support teammates throughout the store by sharing knowledge and assisting with customer interactions
- Maintain accuracy and follow store guidance and procedures

Requirements / Skills
