• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team management position
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and develop staff
• Effective time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfort with physical tasks including ladder use, up-and-down movements, and heavy lifting
• Availability to work 40–50 hours weekly, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Flexibility to travel within the assigned region when required
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
