About the Role: Software Developer, Enterprise Chat

As a Software Developer on the Enterprise Chat team, you’ll be responsible for writing and maintaining product and system development code across the full stack, with a strong emphasis on Android application development and Java or Kotlin. Your day-to-day work spans everything from rapid prototyping of new ideas to resolving complex technical issues in distributed systems — all while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Write product and system development code across the full stack

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of full-stack development experience using Java or Kotlin

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience with data structures and algorithms (preferred)
  • 3+ years in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction (preferred)
  • 3+ years of cross-functional or cross-business collaboration experience in a structured organization (preferred)
  • Experience leveraging AI development tools and prototyping rapidly from concept to delivery (preferred)
