About the Role: Service Advisor

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll manage the complete lifecycle of a customer’s service visit — from the initial inquiry right through to final follow-up. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized under pressure, and build trust with customers will directly shape the experience Tesla owners have at the Calgary service centre.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, taking ownership of each service visit, and creating a welcoming environment
  • Assess technical issues and explain service needs to customers in clear, understandable terms — offering phone-based solutions when possible
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, ask clarifying questions to accurately identify problems, and escalate to the Service Manager when needed
