UPS is looking for enthusiastic and physically active individuals to join our team as Seasonal Package Delivery Drivers in Vancouver, WA. You’ll be the friendly face behind the wheel of our iconic brown trucks, delivering packages to homes and businesses in your community. This is a full-time, entry-level position that requires working 8-9.5 hours per day. The job is based at 6609 Northeast Saint Johns Road, Vancouver, WA.
About the Role
As a Casual Package Delivery Driver, you’ll drive UPS’s well-known brown trucks, bringing packages of various sizes to our customers. In this role, you’ll be on the go, enjoy a physically active workday, and deliver smiles to people in your community.
Our drivers work full-time, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. You’ll be expected to lift up to 70 lbs, comply with UPS appearance guidelines, and wear the company-provided uniform. The job offers excellent weekly pay, extensive training, and potential growth opportunities within UPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate UPS’s iconic brown trucks to deliver packages in the community.
- Lift, load, and unload packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
- Maintain compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring timely delivery.
- Complete deliveries in accordance with established safety guidelines and routes.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
- Pass the DOT physical exam.
- Excellent customer service and driving skills.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
