About the Role: Sales Leader – Carrier RTM

As the Sales Leader for Carrier RTM, you’ll be accountable for executing Apple’s Route-to-Market strategy within the Canadian carrier space. Responsibilities

As Sales Leader – Carrier RTM, your day-to-day work spans team leadership, strategic planning, partner engagement, and performance management. You’ll be driving Apple’s business objectives at scale across the Canadian carrier landscape, making every decision count toward market growth and ecosystem adoption.

  • Lead a team focused on driving Apple’s carrier business and achieving peak revenue performance across an assigned territory

Requirements / Skills

Apple is looking for a seasoned sales leader with deep roots in the wireless carrier or technology sales space and a track record of building high-performing teams.   • 15+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years in a people leadership role
  • Background in technology sales, solution-based selling, or a similar function with carrier market expertise
  • Deep wireless carrier knowledge, including customer profiles, market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams through coaching, performance management, and talent retention
  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, with strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Sharp business acumen and strategic planning skills, with a forward-thinking, data-driven decision-making approach
  • Resilience and adaptability to manage ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and champion organizational change
