About the Role: Ramp Handler

As a Ramp Handler, your primary responsibility is the safe and efficient movement of freight. That means loading and unloading FedEx aircraft and ground vehicles, scanning packages, and transporting goods across the ramp and within the facility. You’ll operate ground support equipment (GSE) including tugs and belt loaders, and handle freight that can weigh up to 70 lbs unassisted or up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.

Teamwork and workplace safety are central to this position. You’ll be expected to complete all required ramp training and certifications — including GSE, tug operation, belt loader, t-stacking, and dangerous goods (DG) handling — and maintain those certifications through annual recurrency training.
