About the Role: Preload (AM Start)
As a Preload Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling UPS packages through each stage of the sorting and loading process. This includes loading and unloading trailers and package cars, scanning, sorting, and stocking, all while following UPS package handling standards. You may also operate heavy machinery as part of your duties.
The work environment is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. You’ll need to read and memorize postal codes quickly, and you’ll be expected to adapt to varying shift start and end times throughout the week. Responsibilities
Working in a high-volume warehouse, the Preload Associate plays a vital role in ensuring packages are processed accurately and on time. Day-to-day tasks are physical and repetitive, requiring both focus and physical stamina throughout the shift.
- Load and unload UPS packages into trailers and package cars efficiently
- Sort and scan packages to ensure accurate routing and delivery

- Operate heavy machinery as required to complete warehouse tasks

Requirements / Skills
