Responsibilities

As the central delivery lead for store infrastructure programs, your day-to-day will involve coordinating across a wide range of internal and external teams to keep complex, high-visibility initiatives moving forward. From managing project schedules and budgets to facilitating executive reporting, your work directly enables Canadian Tire stores to adopt and stabilize new technology with minimal disruption.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of store infrastructure projects from planning and design through deployment, stabilization, and operational handoff
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Application Delivery, Store Technology, Vendors, Store Operations, Dealers, and DWGs
  • Drive deployment readiness and execution, ensuring stores are fully prepared and business disruption is minimized
  • Serve as the primary escalation point, facilitating decision-making and resolving delivery challenges as they arise
  • Provide governance and stakeholder reporting to ensure alignment, transparency, and accountability across the program
  • Oversee operational transition and hypercare activities to ensure a successful handoff into support teams

Requirements / Skills
