- Update patient profiles and enter prescription information into the pharmacy computer system as permitted by provincial regulations, while preserving patient confidentiality
- Prepare third-party insurance claims, process invoices, and enter accounting data using the computerized system
- Order, receive, tag, and stock prescription drugs and supplies following proper product storage procedures
- Manage over-the-counter merchandise in accordance with the department merchandising plan, including creating product signs and conducting OTC roaming
- Maintain department cleanliness through sweeping, mopping, wiping, dusting, emptying trash, and operating the trash compactor and cardboard bailer
- Answer phones and direct members to appropriate product locations within the pharmacy
Requirements / Skills
