About the Role: People Business Partner

Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll work as a strategic HR partner embedded within Apple’s Retail organization, supporting leaders and teams across the Americas. Your day-to-day will involve a blend of consultative advisory work, people program delivery, and hands-on collaboration with retail leadership to drive meaningful organizational outcomes.
- Support leadership development by coaching, mentoring, and advising managers to help them grow and lead more effectively
- Drive talent and performance management initiatives, including tools, processes, and frameworks that align with Apple’s business priorities
- Deliver change management programs through direct partnership with the Retail leadership team, ensuring smooth implementation across the organization
- Translate workforce analytics into clear, data-driven recommendations that shape people strategies and elevate the employee experience
- Mitigate organizational risk through proactive diagnosis and timely, dynamic solutions before issues escalate
- Build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization, grounded in empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
- Advise on HR practices including compensation, labour and employee relations, and career development across the retail client group
Requirements / Skills
Apple is looking for a seasoned HR professional who brings both strategic thinking and practical execution to the table. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, intellectually curious, and thrives in a complex, fast-moving environment where ambiguity is the norm rather than the exception.
- 7–12 years of experience as a strategic HR partner, with a proven track record of influencing leaders and driving people initiatives
- High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Proficiency with workforce data and analytics, with the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Experience with talent program implementation, including tools, processes, and change management
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and independently lead multiple projects while adapting to shifting organizational priorities
- Bilingualism in French (CA) and English is considered an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree or HR certifications are valued
