About the Role: Package Handler

As a Package Handler at UPS Caledon, you’ll work in a fast-paced warehouse setting located at 12424 Dixie Road. Your primary duties revolve around the loading and unloading of packages, sorting them by postal codes, and stocking them into the appropriate delivery vehicles and trailers. Shifts run Sunday to Thursday, starting between 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM and ending between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, averaging 3 to 5 hours per day.

This role requires physical stamina and a willingness to work in varying temperatures inside a warehouse. You’ll need to be comfortable working inside truck trailers and package delivery vehicles, and flexibility with shift times is important as start and end times may vary based on operational needs.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a pay rate of $18.15 per hour, with automatic pay progression governed by the Union Collective Agreement — reaching a top rate of $30.11/hr after 48 months. Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills
