As a Package Handler at UPS Blainville, your core duties revolve around the loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning of packages. Benefits and Salary

UPS offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18.50/h, with a maximum rate of $31.49/h achievable through a probationary period followed by a 48-month pay progression. Overtime kicks in after 5 hours of work. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work centres on moving packages safely and efficiently through the UPS facility. Every task you complete contributes directly to on-time deliveries across the network, making your contribution genuinely important to UPS operations.

• Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars
• Sort and scan packages accurately to ensure correct routing
• Ship and receive incoming and outgoing parcels throughout your shift
• Stock packages in designated areas within the facility
• Learn and apply UPS’s official package handling methods and procedures
• Operate heavy machinery as required to complete assigned tasks
• Complete additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for candidates who are physically fit, dependable, and eager to learn. The ideal applicant is comfortable with early mornings, able to follow structured procedures, and ready to contribute to a high-volume logistics operation from day one.

• Physical capability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes for accurate package sorting
