This is an afternoon shift position running Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:25 AM — a four-day work week schedule that gives you an extended weekend every week. At $21.50/hour with shift differential, this role offers competitive compensation for hands-on warehouse work.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

The core of this position is picking and packing customer orders safely, securely, and accurately. You’ll work from pick sheets or a handheld computer to retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, ensuring the right products are pulled in the right quantities every time. The work is physical and fast-paced, requiring someone who can stay organized and focused throughout a long shift.

Beyond order picking, you’ll also be expected to help maintain inventory accuracy, assist with physical inventory counts, and keep your work area clean and safe. You’ll use non-powered material handling equipment to transport orders to shipping locations, working as part of a team that keeps the operation running smoothly.

Benefits and Salary

This role pays $21.50 per hour with a shift differential included. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work centres on fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Every task you perform — from pulling product off shelves to transporting orders to shipping — contributes directly to DHL’s service commitments. Attention to detail and a steady work pace are essential.

• Pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets or a handheld computer, ensuring the correct number and type of product is selected and shipped
• Retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves to fill orders in an efficient and organized manner
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support inventory control
• Transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area throughout every shift

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable in a warehouse setting. The ideal person for this role takes pride in accuracy, can sustain a consistent work pace, and understands the importance of safety on the warehouse floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• 6 months of warehouse experience is an asset, though not strictly required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the duration of the shift
• Comfort working an afternoon/overnight shift (4:15 PM – 2:25 AM) on a four-day schedule
