Order Filler Picker – DHL Supply Chain – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s largest logistics networks, this role puts you right at the centre of a fast-moving warehouse operation where accuracy and efficiency matter every day.

Working an afternoon shift schedule four days a week — Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:15 pm to 2:25 am — you’ll be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely. It’s hands-on, physical work with a clear purpose: getting the right products to the right place at the right time.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker at DHL Supply Chain, your primary focus is the safe, secure, and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You’ll work with pick sheets or a handheld computer to retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves, then transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment.

Keeping the warehouse running smoothly also means contributing to physical inventories, counting product by location, and maintaining a clean, neat, and safe work area. This role is well-suited to someone who takes pride in their work and understands that accuracy in a logistics environment directly impacts customers.

This position pays $21.50 per hour with a shift differential included. Responsibilities

In this role, your daily work revolves around keeping orders moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. Every task you complete — from picking the right product to maintaining an organized workspace — contributes directly to customer satisfaction and overall warehouse performance.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Accurately count product inventory by location to support stock control
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
• Replenish or pick product using pick sheets or a handheld computer
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves to accurately fill customer orders

Requirements / Skills

DHL Supply Chain is looking for someone who is comfortable in a physical warehouse environment and can work with precision under a steady pace. While prior experience is preferred, the company is open to candidates who are motivated and reliable. The ideal candidate brings attention to detail and a solid work ethic to every shift.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months or more is an asset
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Ability to work the afternoon shift schedule (Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 4:15 pm – 2:25 am)
• Strong attention to detail when picking and counting product
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work area
