Optical Student – Costco – Kelowna, BC

About the Role: Optical Student

As an Optical Student at Costco Kelowna, you’ll assist members throughout the eyewear selection process — from helping them choose frames and lenses, to fitting and adjusting completed orders. You’ll also handle point-of-sale transactions, including cash, cheque, credit, and debit, following proper cash handling procedures. Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and supplies, following department standards for production, record keeping, merchandising, and product storage
• Maintain department cleanliness by spraying, wiping, mopping, emptying trash, and operating the trash compactor and cardboard bailer
• Follow all safety and security procedures and assist in other warehouse areas as needed
