About the Role: Member Service Assistant

As a Member Service Assistant at Costco Kelowna, you’ll be one of the first and last faces members see during their visit. Responsibilities

  • Perform after-hours security monitoring from your personal vehicle, patrolling the perimeter and communicating via 2-way radio
  • Provide courteous member service, directing shoppers to products and services and assisting with loading when needed
