About the Role: Operations Expert

As an Operations Expert, your primary focus is on driving accuracy and efficiency across all inventory-related functions. You’ll complete receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in line with established Retail Inventory processes while serving as a mentor and resource for the Operations team. You’ll also support product fulfillment by delivering items from Runner requests to customers and team members, contributing directly to a seamless shopping experience.

Beyond the day-to-day tasks, you’ll play a key role in monitoring inventory accuracy in the inventory management system, identifying variance trends, and gathering data to support leadership decision-making. Responsibilities

The Operations Expert role spans a wide range of operational and support functions within the Apple Store. From hands-on inventory tasks to mentoring teammates and contributing to the overall customer experience, you’ll be a critical part of keeping the store running at its best.

• Complete inventory tasks including receiving, counting, returning, and shipping in compliance with Retail Inventory processes
• Mentor and support Operations team members in accurately completing operational tasks
• Deliver product fulfillment by handling Runner requests and bringing items to customers and team members on the floor
• Share knowledge about Retail Inventory processes with Operations Specialists to build team capability
• Monitor inventory accuracy in the inventory management system, including non-sellable product, and identify variance trends and root causes
• Gather and communicate inventory performance data to support leadership decision-making across the store
• Support customer-facing activities and other tasks as needed to contribute to a positive in-store experience
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily interactions

• Bilingual proficiency — written and spoken French and English are required for this Quebec-based role (sign language supported)
