Responsibilities

Working on the floor of an Apple Retail store means every day looks a little different. From guiding first-time buyers to helping long-time Apple users discover something new, your role is to deliver service that’s genuinely helpful and distinctly Apple.

  • Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting relevant Apple products and services
