About the Role: Marketing Road Representative (Business Centre)
As a Marketing Road Representative, your primary mission is to introduce the Costco Business Centre to food service businesses, convenience stores, and professional offices within the warehouse’s market area. You’ll develop lasting working relationships with these businesses, promoting walk-in and delivery sales, membership sign-ups, upgrades, and renewals. Day-to-day, you’ll communicate with current and prospective members by phone, email, and in person, using your own vehicle to canvass the territory.
You’ll also support the Membership Area Manager in shaping and executing marketing and sales plans, assist members with online ordering, track all activity in the Cybergeneration CRM platform, and represent Costco at local community events, trade shows, and Chamber of Commerce meetings. Responsibilities
This role blends field sales, member services, and community engagement into a single position. Each day you’ll be connecting with businesses across the territory, advocating for Costco products and services, and ensuring members receive prompt, courteous support. - Monitor competitors through comp shopping to stay informed about market positioning

- Resolve member concerns with professionalism, tact, and sound problem-solving skills
- Submit accurate mileage records and expense receipts for reimbursement and assist at the Membership Counter as needed
