The Finalizer is responsible for reviewing completed route-assigned order sheets (pick sheets), entering key data into the computer system, and producing finalized invoices and driver manifests. Your accuracy directly impacts how efficiently drivers hit the road and how reliably members receive their orders.

About the Role: Finalizer

Each day, you’ll work through a series of pick sheets — reviewing them for unusual items or quantities, cross-referencing them against driver route logs, and investigating any potential order keying errors by comparing orders to member order histories. Once verified, you’ll enter quantities, corrections, substitutions, and actual weights for items sold by weight into the computer order system, double-checking all entries before electronically posting orders.

Accuracy and attention to detail are everything in this role. You’ll process and print finalized invoices, organize them in route and stop order, attach audit notes and payment-coded driver manifests, and distribute the packages to drivers. When needed, you’ll also pitch in to support other areas of the Fleet department and broader Business Centre.
