Responsibilities
The Lead Genius role covers a wide range of technical and leadership duties. From diagnosing device issues to mentoring team members and managing operational tasks, you’ll be central to keeping the Genius Bar running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of all Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support an efficient repair workflow

Requirements / Skills
