About the Role: Full Time Courier Driver

Based out of Unit 8 – 75 Meridian Drive, Winnipeg MB, the Full Time Courier Driver position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with shift hours that may vary based on operational requirements. You’ll be responsible for managing your assigned route efficiently, completing required vehicle inspections, and providing excellent service to every customer you encounter on the road.

UPS takes safety and compliance seriously. All drivers receive full training before hitting the road, and every driver candidate must pass a series of interviews and a driving competency test. Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your assigned vehicle every day
• Execute daily delivery and pick-up schedules accurately and on time
• Use road maps and trip planning aids to navigate your route efficiently
• Solve dispatch problems on route as they arise, using good judgment
• Provide excellent customer service at every stop throughout your day
• Handle packages safely, including occasionally lifting items up to 70 lbs (32 kg) unassisted
• Follow established procedures and comply with UPS safety and operational policies
