Responsibilities

The Digital Fulfillment Team Lead wears several hats on any given shift — from supporting customers on the sales floor to delegating tasks and following up on completion. The role requires a confident communicator who can keep the team informed, focused, and motivated while also stepping in to resolve issues and assist wherever needed.

  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, helping them locate merchandise, promoting products and services, and resolving concerns appropriately
  • Coordinate daily tasks by providing direction and assisting with picking and dispensing duties as communicated by the Digital Fulfillment Coach and Store Management Team
  • Assess department presentation and in-stock levels, identifying deficiencies and initiating corrective action
  • Lead the daily Team Huddle at the start of each shift — set goals, share updates, and track team productivity
  • Assign associates across store areas to ensure proper coverage and address availability needs
  • Identify training opportunities during area tours with the Coach and team associates, providing ongoing feedback and development support
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure
  • Complete GTA/Workday administrative tasks and provide support to store management
  • Support performance management and growth conversations for associates in partnership with the Coach and People Lead, including assisting with recruiting and hiring
