About the Role: Delivery Driver (Class 5)

This position is built around residential package delivery in and around Brossard. New drivers may be assigned to cover multiple areas, so strong area knowledge and map-reading skills are definite assets. Benefits and Salary

This role offers a starting hourly rate of $20/hour, with a maximum rate of $37.29/hour achieved through a probation and 48-month progression schedule. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, UPS Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting packages to residential customers. Your performance directly shapes the customer experience and the company’s reputation for reliable delivery across the community.

• Deliver packages to residential addresses in and around Brossard in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate routes using map books and local area knowledge to ensure efficient delivery sequences
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with UPS appearance guidelines at all times
• Handle packages safely, including lifting items up to 70 lbs. without assistance and up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Interact with customers courteously and professionally during every delivery
• Cover multiple residential areas as assigned, adapting to varying route conditions and volumes
• Comply with all traffic laws and UPS safety standards while operating delivery vehicles

Requirements / Skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence or higher issued in the province of Quebec
• Clean Driver’s Abstract — no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years, no traffic violations in the last 12 months
• Minimum age of 21 required for insurance eligibility
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required
• Physical fitness — ability to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted and 150 lbs. with assistance
• Map-reading ability and strong local area knowledge considered an asset
• Must provide a driver’s abstract prior to completing the road test
