Responsibilities
The Customer Rep-Station role covers a broad range of duties across hub and station operations. You’ll be the face of FedEx customer service at the facility level while also keeping administrative and operational functions running smoothly on a daily basis.
- Handle clerical and administrative functions across hub and station areas including linehaul, records management, and quality assurance
- Serve as first point of contact for customers reaching out with shipping inquiries or issues, providing professional and effective responses
- Manage damaged and incorrectly addressed packages in a timely manner to minimise delivery delays
- Perform data entry and review with high accuracy, using Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Operate general office equipment including phones, copiers, and fax machines as part of day-to-day clerical duties
- Complete mandatory training and recurrency requirements as directed to maintain operational standards
- Work collaboratively across facility departments while managing changing priorities in a fast-paced, monitored environment
Requirements / Skills
