About the Role: Courier Team Lead

Responsibilities

The Courier Team Lead plays a hands-on leadership role in the day-to-day operations at FedEx Richmond. You’ll balance operational oversight with team mentorship, ensuring both efficiency and employee engagement remain high throughout every shift.
