About the Role: Apparel Clerk
Day to day, you’ll be responsible for keeping the apparel department well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Responsibilities
The Apparel Clerk role centres on creating a well-organised, customer-ready department every shift. From restocking shelves to responding to shoppers on the floor, your contributions directly support a positive in-store experience for every customer who walks through the door.
- Provide great customer service by ensuring store shelves are stocked and responding to customer needs as they arise
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves in line with company standards
- Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering when required
- Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
- Keep department areas neat and ensure all health and safety standards are consistently met
Requirements / Skills
