Responsibilities

- Contact members by phone when special order instructions are incomplete or unclear
- Prepare cheesecakes by removing them from baking pans, placing on cake pads, applying toppings, and garnishing per Costco standards
- Operate equipment including a whipping cream machine and slicing machine for half-sheet cakes
- Prepare fresh fruit garnishes for application to baked products
- Assemble and box cakes in pre-cut cardboard boxes and transfer them to coolers, freezers, or the wrapping area
- Maintain cleanliness of the decorating area and adhere to all safety and security procedures
- Assist with other bakery and warehouse duties as needed
