Responsibilities

• Read and interpret member special orders to determine correct flavours, colours, decorative patterns, and personalized text
• Contact members by phone when special order instructions are incomplete or unclear
• Prepare cheesecakes by removing them from baking pans, placing on cake pads, applying toppings, and garnishing per Costco standards
• Operate equipment including a whipping cream machine and slicing machine for half-sheet cakes
• Prepare fresh fruit garnishes for application to baked products
• Assemble and box cakes in pre-cut cardboard boxes and transfer them to coolers, freezers, or the wrapping area
• Maintain cleanliness of the decorating area and adhere to all safety and security procedures
• Assist with other bakery and warehouse duties as needed

Requirements / Skills
