CA-Pro – Apple – Pointe-Claire, QC
Location: Montreal, QC | Company: Apple
Pointe-Claire is home to one of Apple’s retail locations, and right now, they’re looking for a CA-Pro — the most knowledgeable and skilled sales role in the store. This isn’t a typical retail position. As a Pro at Apple, you’re the go-to expert for customers, a mentor to your teammates, and a key driver of Apple’s business community growth in the area.
This role blends deep product expertise with genuine customer connection. You’ll be helping people find solutions that fit their lives while staying sharp on the latest in Apple products, services, and competitor technology. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and love sharing knowledge, this could be a great fit.
About the Role: CA-Pro at Apple
As a Pro, your primary focus is delivering top-tier sales and service to Apple customers. You’ll go beyond the transaction — understanding each customer’s needs, presenting tailored product and service recommendations, and guiding them through their purchasing journey. Your breadth of knowledge across Apple’s ecosystem, combined with your awareness of the broader tech landscape, sets you apart in the store.
You’ll also play a critical mentorship role on the team, keeping colleagues informed about the latest offerings, purchase options, and emerging technology trends. Maintaining accuracy in your work, contributing to an inclusive store culture, and supporting other areas of the store as needed are all part of what makes a Pro indispensable at Apple Retail.
Benefits and Salary
