Responsibilities
As a Manager at Apple Retail Toronto, you’ll be at the centre of daily store operations — from floor leadership and team coaching to executing business strategies in your assigned functional areas. - Lead and develop a team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and helping each member achieve their performance and developmental goals
- Assist with recruiting, training, and retaining a diverse, high-performing retail team
- Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modelling best practices and ensuring business priorities are met
- Address concerns and escalations from both customers and team members, partnering with leadership and People partners as appropriate
- Drive business performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas of the store
- Maintain company policies and protect all confidential business, customer, team member, and financial information
