In this position, you’ll work directly with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-powered solutions using platforms like Atlassian Rovo Studio, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. The goal is to help CTC teams move away from manual, inconsistent processes toward standardized, AI-enabled workflows that boost productivity, quality, and traceability across the organization.

About the Role: Business Systems Engineer – AI

This role touches three key domains: AI enablement and agent design, Atlassian administration, and business process design. You’ll be responsible for building AI agents that automate repetitive tasks, decompose requirements, summarize information, and improve decision-making across teams. You’ll also configure and maintain Atlassian tools — from workflow settings and permissions to automation rules and Confluence knowledge structures — ensuring teams have the right infrastructure to operate efficiently.

Beyond the technical side, this is fundamentally an enablement role. You’ll create playbooks, training materials, and demos; run office hours; and coach teams on responsible AI usage.
