About the Role: Business Development Account Executive

At the core of this position is building and driving the end-to-end channel strategy for Apple Canada’s Loyalty, Rewards, and Financial partner portfolio. You’ll architect scalable program models, diagnose gaps, prioritize investment, and diversify into new verticals including banking, investing, and travel. Day to day, that means cultivating C-suite relationships, negotiating commercial constructs such as incentives, funding, and campaign mechanics, and designing consumer acquisition and redemption campaigns across the Apple product lineup.

Benefits and Salary

Apple offers a base pay range of $122,300 to $183,600 for this role, with your exact compensation depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Beyond base pay, employees can participate in Apple Inc.’s discretionary employee stock programs, including eligibility for restricted stock unit award recommendations and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (discounted Apple stock). The role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation assistance. As the owner of Apple Canada’s C2C Loyalty & Rewards channel, you’ll be driving growth across a portfolio of high-profile partners while building the infrastructure that makes this channel scalable and repeatable.   • 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or strategic account management — ideally in loyalty, financial services, retail, or consumer technology
  • Proven track record designing and executing consumer-facing acquisition and/or loyalty redemption programs at scale
  • Complex commercial negotiation skills with demonstrated success working directly with senior partner stakeholders
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable building business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses independently
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal/Contracts teams
  • Proficiency with Generative AI, Excel, and Tableau for data analysis and strategic presentations
